Carlos HiraldoCarlos Hiraldo is a professor of English within the City University of New York. He is the author of Segregated Miscegenation (2003) and several articles dealing with issues of race and class which have appeared in journals like About Campus, Asian Aerican Law Journal, and Teaching English in the Two-Year College. His poems have also appeared in The Caribbean Writer, Arizona State University's Bilingual Review, and the British journal Other Poetry.
