Carlos A LockCarlos A. Lock is a native of Jackson, Mississippi. He grew up a Jackson State fan and lived Southwestern Athletic Conference football for a decade - football is in his DNA. He attended Hampton University, a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference school, an graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also has a Master of Arts in Higher Education from the University of Louisville. A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, Carlos served two combat tours to Afghanistan and Iraq. As a certified logistics professional, he has earned several awards, most notably the Bronze Star.
