Carlo was born in Italy during World War II, pulled from school during an early age, and made to work. He has worked in numerous countries around te world, working his way up from busboy to successful restaurant owner in Houston, TX. He believes that if he can make it with only a 2nd grade education, anyone came succeed as well, by being disciplined and respectful.
