Carlita AnglinCarlita Anglin, MSIS, is a Family Health Librarian at the Stephen D. Hassenfeld Children's Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at the NYU Langone Medical Center. In her role as a consumer health librarian, Ms. Anglin assists patients and family memers find reliable health information to support their healthcare decision making in both the outpatient and hospital environment. As part of an integrative health team, Ms. Anglin collaborates with multi-disciplinary professionals in planning and implementing various supportive services. She is a New York State certified teacher and Library Media Specialist, as well as a faculty member of the Ehrman Medical Library at NYU Langone Medical Center. Ms. Anglin earned a BA from the University of North Texas and a Master's degree in Information Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
