Carl H WatersA native of California, Carl H. Waters lives with his wife Aryonna in Carson, Washington, in a cozy little home on the Wind River, in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. He became a Seventh-day Adventist after a mountaintop conversion experience uring his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley. Carl worked briefly at Hewlett Packard but found his niche in the power industry at Portland General Electric, where he retired after 42 years of service.
