Her book, Romancing the Difference: Kenneth Burke, Bob Jones University, and the Rhetoric of Religious Fundamentalism, was a scholarly attempt to sretch the boundaries of both Kenneth Burke's comic corrective and conservative evangelical's separatist frames.
