Caitlin ProcterDr Caitlin Procter is a part-time Professor at the Migration Policy Centre at the European University Institute, and a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Research Fellow at the Centre on Conflict, Development and Peacebuilding at the Geneva Graduate Institute ofInternational and Development Studies.
