C J H MooreC. J. H. Moore has lived in Compton, California since 1956. He's had a love of words and writing from the time he was a child at Caldwell Street Elementary school. Moore was a star athlete at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington and played profesional baseball in the states for the San Francisco Giants and for the Monterey Sultanes in the the Mexican Big Leagues. Moore has received a gold medal and honorary plaque from the International Library of Poetry in Washington D C for his book of poems where the poem titled "I Sleep" was chosen for "The Sound of Poetry".
