Bruce FineBruce M. Fine spent more than two decades in the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and was the nation's chief railroad safety officer in the Clinton administration. After leaving FRA he founded a consulting firm assisting railroad labor and railrad management, several states and the federal government. He served as an expert witness before congress. He possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Master of Public Administration/Governmental Management from American University.
