Breia JeffersonBreia Jefferson was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. As a little girl, she enjoyed having creative writing contests with her little sister and cousin. After graduating from Tennessee State University where she earned her bachelor's degree, sheput her love for writing aside, only using it in cards to celebrate special occasions for family and friends.

Breia started her career journey as an analyst in different labs and working on several research projects specializing in oncology. P.I. Jax was created after Breia gave birth to her first son, Jaxon, in 2019. Seeing her son exploring the world and pushing his imagination to new horizons inspired her to combine her love for writing, mysteries, and
her son into one big brand.
