Bobby MullinsDr. Bobby Mullins has been in the ministry since 1981, serving five churches as an associate minister before filling the role of a senior pastor since 1991 at four churches in Tennessee and Mississippi. He is currently the pastor of Fellowship Baptis Church in Hernando, Mississippi. He received a B.S. in education from the University of Tennessee in 1974 and earned the Master of Divinity (1990) and Doctor of Ministry (1999) degrees from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Mullins founded Back To The Basics Ministries in July 2010, with the main ministry outreach being A Fresh Start TV Program, which began airing in November 2010 in Knoxville, Tennessee, and in February 2012 in Memphis, Tennessee.
