Being active herself, she is always on the go though sometimes the sedentary option of sleeping as well as relaxing helps her rejuvenate and cope with unexpected serious headaches. Vacations, to her, are not necessarily going places, as her home and room already feels like a holiday. She, particularly, finds serenity being engrossed in pictures, images or sceneries which creates an atmosphere that enlightens her with peaceful messages. On the other hand, the television has a lesser meaning to her, in that it tends to shift the mind's focus as radiation is a deterrent to the brain cells. She does, in spite of that, find some programmes informative and humorous. Her opinion is that the lesser the television the healthier the mind. She sets a time to watching it, usually one hour sometimes lesser. One of her favourite proverbs is, Life is a series of experience, because every day she faces a new circumstance which tells her or teaches her something. Read More Read Less
