Birgit TreiplBirgit Treipl (1965) is a Dutch Canadian author. She was born and raised in the Netherlands and holds a BA in marketing communications. Her career began in advertising, and she later founded a successful marketing and communications recruitment agenc before immigrating to Canada. An outdoor enthusiast, she first moved to British Columbia and now splits her time between Nelson, British Columbia, and Seabright, Nova Scotia.
