Bin GuanDr Guan is a Project Scientist at the University of California and Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology, USA. He received his PhD in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science, from University of Maryland, USA. His interests lie mainly n high-impact weather and climate science, the water cycle in the climate system and large-scale climate variability and trends.
