Billy received his BA from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1995 and later obtained both the CFP and CDFA designations. He has appeared in The Wall Street Journal online, KUTV-4 News, and his articles have been published in several national and local magazines. During his racing career he was frequently featured on ESPN, TNT, TVG and other nation-wide networks and radio shows. His biggest accomplishments are being the proud father of five wonderful children and being married to the love of his life, Heather.
