Bill TulpBill Tulp has been an artist from a young age, working in a variety of mediums from drawing and painting to Mosaics and papier mache. He graduated from East Carolina University with a BFA in Painting and Printmaking. He has worked as an art teacher, nvironmental educator, illustrator, portrait artist, gardener, forest worker as well as a variety of other occupations over the years. Bill has a special interest in comics and visual storytelling and has been experimenting with writing and drawing graphic stories throughout his life. In 1989 he published a 44-page graphic novel, El Salvador: A House Divided with Eclipse Comics and has created a variety of shorter graphic stories over the years. The Life and Times of Alexander Twilight is his first story done in an India Ink wash rather than straight black and white. Bill Tulp lives in St. Johnsbury Vermont. Read More Read Less
