Bill TruelsBill Truels, M.D., has practiced general surgery in Oklahoma City for the last fifty years. He is a native of Chicago, Illinois, where he attended college at Northwestern University, graduating in 1967. He then studied at Indiana University, where hereceived a Master's Degree in Biochemistry. In 1973, Bill graduated from University of Illinois Medical School, then went on to the University of Oklahoma and St. Anthony Hospital for his general surgery training. Bill married Margaret Bettis, a nurse from Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1975. They have three children, Lisa, Tracy, and Michael, and three grandchildren, Jaedn, Liam, and Emmitt.
