Beverly Richard BorthwickBeverly Richard Borthwick, or Dick as he preferred, was born in upstate New York but called the San Joaquin Valley his home. He met his wife Bernice on a bus taking them to college and they were married in 1941. After his Army service, Dick worked ina lumber yard until he was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 1965.
