Bethany EconopoulyBethany Econopouly has a PhD from Washington State University and an MS from Colorado State University, both in plant breeding and genetics. She's also worked in international agricultural research at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Currently, Bthany works at Cornell University where she focuses on applied genomics and international partnerships. When she was young, she wanted a career in baking and cooking.
