Beth Anne Keates

Beth Anne Keates, an industrious, dedicated, and passionate volunteer for the West Chester Railroad Heritage Association, with the encouragement of her father Donald P. van Krieken, has had a lifelong interest in rail transportation. Her husband, rian, and sons, Andrew and Jacob, also share that interest.
Kenneth C. Springirth, 1962 graduate of Drexel Institute of Technology and author of a series of books on streetcar and railroad lines, has had a long time interest in rail history as his father was a streetcar motorman in Philadelphia, and his grandfather was a streetcar motorman in Washington, D.C.
