Beryl BeavisBeryl's parents grew up in Harborne and as a child she often visited the area to see her family. In 1970 Beryl moved to Harborne with her husband to raise her three children. Beryl gained a General Honours Degree in Mathematics and Physics at Westfied College London, and continued to do a PGCE at Birmingham University. Beryl taught Mathematics in Harborne schools before retiring.
