Benjamin VincentBenJamin Vincent, an almost native Texan, attended Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. Working on merit badges as a Boy Scout, he observed armadillos in their natural habitat. Years later, he fondly recalls camping and exploring theTexas countryside, as he creates the drawings for most of the Bluebonnet books by Mary Brooke Casad. He now works as an illustrator, and caricaturist; he also works on advertising projects, does storyboards, and enjoys doing book illustrations.
