Benjamin J Lehrer

BENJAMIN J. LEHRER is the founder of First Water and creator of Relational Finance. With a background in private equity, investment banking, commercial lending, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) advisory, and small and midsize business (SMB) anagement, Ben's convergence of finance perspectives makes him an invaluable ally for aspirational businesses and leadership teams. Prior to founding First Water, Ben held institutional investment roles in New York City at firms including Citigroup and Fortress Investment Group. He is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a holder of multiple FINRA securities licenses, and an Eagle Scout. Ben lives in Houston, Texas, with his wife, Alexis, and children, Archer and Evka.
