Benetta WainmanBenetta grew up in a small English town, Kettering. After finishing school, she went on to technical college for three years and then started to train as a lawyer. She hated it and decided to look into nursing as a profession after it was suggested se had the right attitude for dealing with people. Benetta loved her nurse training from the start and nursed in several different fields in the UK. She later went to Saudi Arabia, where she met her husband, Derek. Benetta and Derek went back to the UK and, after finding it difficult to settle there, decided to move to Australia in 1994 with their two children, aged eleven months and two-and-a-half years at the time. During the past few years, Benetta had been thinking of making a move from nursing into something more holistic. She discovered hypnotherapy and found it to be just the right fit for her. Opening her own business was daunting, but is the best thing she has ever done. Benetta now resides in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and although she has worked in many fields during her nursing career, had been working on an oncology ward for the past eighteen years before deciding to make the move toward working in hypnotherapy full-time.
