Barbara Woodbury went to college at Framingham State in Massachusetts, receiving her degree in Early Childhood Education. She later received her Masters' Degree in Elementary Eucation while working as a teacher in Lake City, South Carolina. Throughout her 25 years of teaching young children to read, Barbara wrote stories of her own to engage her students.
