Barbara BrennenBarbara Brennen is a classically French trained professional chef and baker has who has worked under renowned chefs such as Anton Edlemann (The Savoy Hotel, London), Keith Stanley (formerly of The Ritz Hotel, London) & was lucky enough to work for th chef she admires most, Anton Mosimann (at Mosimann's, London). She studied in Yorkshire where she absorbed the styles and skills from dedicated lecturers, who themselves had worked at The Dorchester and The Savoy.She is a passionate advocate for teaching adults and children to be themselves, to bake and cook but mainly to encourage, inspire and empower them to be the best they can be in or out of the kitchen. Sweet Soul Baking is all about building confidence and commitment to do anything you aspire to do, it ignites those feelings of joy, of fun times with the ones you love, and hopefully pushes you to get baking again.Barbara is a Christian, loves yoga and practices every day followed my meditation. She loves to laugh, have fun while she bakes, and has written several online courses on starting your own business from home with the faith and belief that if you can think it, you can do it.
