Baoliang ZhangBaoliang Zhang received his bachelor's degree in 2008 and his Ph.D. degree in 2013 from Northwestern Polytechnical University. He is currently a Professor at the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Northwestern Polytechnical University. Hisresearch mainly focuses on the design and controllable preparation of porous materials including hyper-cross-linked polymers, carbon, and composite microspheres. The application fields contain microwave absorption, protein purification, energy, and water treatment. He has co-authored more than 200 papers in refereed journals. He has granted 25 Chinese invention patents. He presides over 6 national scientific research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He awards the Second-Class Prizes of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award of China as the fourth executer in 2017.
