Banani BablyBanani Bably was born in Bangladesh. Her writing has appeared in the Weekly Bichitra (Dhaka, Bd.), Vorer Kagoj (Dhaka, Bd.), Probashi (New York), The Weekly Bangla Mail (Toronto), The Bangla Kagoj (Toronto), The Weekly Deshe Bideshe (Toronto), and Woen Chapter (online newspaper), among other Bengali language publications. Her first book is Bangaldesh Tomari Jonno (in Bengali language, February 2021) published by Apon Alo, Chittagong, Bangladesh. She obtained a Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) (Hons.), a Master of Social Science (MSS) in sociology from the University of Chittagong, in Bangladesh, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in sociology from the University of Toronto, in Canada.
