Babycakes Romero"Babycakes Romero is for photography what Banksy is for graffiti" (Klik Magazine) Amongst other passions of directing and producing short films and music videos, Babycakes Romero is primarily a photographer dedicated to documenting the world around hm, most currently in his daily #MYLDN series, highlighting the chaotic glory that encompasses his hometown of London. While his first exhibition entitled 'Unart', depicting how decades of torn posters within the London Underground created a series of unintentional works of art was very successful and a sell-out show; Romero gained particular recognition with his 'Death of Conversation' series, focussing on the excess of smartphone use in today's society.
