My dad introduced me to the charm of quaint English villages like Burton-on-Water in the Cotswolds and I've been hooked ever since. Maybe that's why my protagonist, Gina Biletti, finds herself navigating murder and mayhem in a similar setting.Just like Gina, I'm a New York suburbanite who flew the coop for the West Coast. These days, you'll find me in the high desert of Central Oregon (just a few hours drive from the fictional Maidenwell) where I'm no stranger to the odd alpaca, fox, or magpie (in addition to a couple of very demanding rescue dogs: chow chow and Husky mix if you must know!)Now, here's where it gets a little weird: When I'm not spinning mysteries, I'm diving into 19th century history or exploring high tech futures.
