B C FinnieAs a successful strategist who fixes contentious situations and environments, my experience has been in transforming organizational negativity, narcissists, disgruntled leaders, government workers, community stakeholders, and unionized, unhappy emploees. Throughout my career, life and relationships I began to see a consistent mindset and behaviours that would typically derail conversations and opportunities. I eventually described this negative outlook that would eventually appear as a person's C*ntitude, not to judge their character but to observe, without an emotional response, what mindset I was working with. I want to inspire people to shift their perspectives that will lead to a more inspired and joyful experience. This first book focuses on life and relationships, which are the foundations of who we are and how we see ourselves and the world. My next book will solely focus on the workplace, leaders, and employee experience. Using the word C*NT in some cultures, especially North America, may be controversial. Although it may be surprising to some, C*NT does not hold an insulting sting in many parts of the world. It is a creative expression used with a lighthearted intention rather than the intent of insulting women.Perhaps this work will inspire us to be open to a new perspective, and our collective mindset and thinking will shift towards Inspired Flow.
