B a ArchibaldA trained scientist and long-time public servant, Author B.A. Archibald has always enjoyed writing, having published various scientific and technical articles, as well as a number of blogs over the years (beginning while he was a deputy minister in te government as a way of connecting with his peers on a more personal level).

When he's not writing, Bruce enjoys music and learning various challenging instruments-including the Great Highland Bagpipes, which he plays with the Teeswater Highlanders and Drum Corp-as well as golf and many other outdoor activities such as canoeing, hiking, and camping.
