Avani C ModiAvani C. Modi, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and experienced researcher in pediatric adherence with an international reputation in pediatric epilepsy. Dr. Modi is a Professor of Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and the niversity of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She serves as the Director for the Center for Treatment Adherence and Self-Management and the Co-Director of the New Onset Seizure Disorder Clinic at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC). Her research focuses on the development and evaluation of interventions to improve adherence in youth with chronic conditions, as well as clinical implementation of adherence measurement and intervention.
