Ashley RandolphAfter my second pregnancy, I became an advocate for NICU families and founded Glo Preemies. Glo Preemies is a special program that supports, empowers, and beautifies families with children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I have led and spoke natonally on research studies on racial disparity in the NICU and educational system. I am an Advisory Board Member for a racial disparity in the NICU research study at California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative based at Stanford Medical School and an Instructional Aide at Fortune School of Education. I am a labor and delivery Doula at the same hospital that I delivered two of my children because I wanted to support other mothers in my community. I am a Board Member to many NICU organizations and Credential Programs. I am also the co-founder of the Alliance For Black NICU Families.
