Ashley KehrAshley Kehr is the co-host of the BiggerPockets Real Estate Rookie podcast and a real estate investor of eight years. She became passionate about real estate after quitting her staff accountant job to work as a property manager--and wthin several years, she started two property management companies. Ashley purchased her first rental property in 2014 and has since grown her buy-and-hold portfolio to more than 30 units. Though she started with small multifamily and commercial real estate (even opening her own liquor store!), she has transitioned to investing in short-term rentals and campgrounds.
