Ashequka LaceyAshequka Lacey is a native of Columbus, OH. She has two young sons Ameir and Jakobi. She has always loved reading and writing as a hobby. After having Jakobi who was born with a lethal form of Dwarfism her life changed as well as Ameir's. She never epected to write a children's book. However, one day while at the hospital with Jakobi she seen how engaged he was as a volunteer read to him and that sparked her vision. She decided she would write a story about the most important people in her life and that was her boys.
