At HP, product types included integrated circuits, calculators, inkjet printers, projectors, and TVs. These products were developed using the principles discussed in this book. He was referred to by his peers at HP as 'Mr. Reliability'. The experience in the Navy labs providing a perspective of things that can go wrong with the best design approaches to use.
