Arthur David BeamanA. David Beaman was born toward the end of World War II. He grew up in Brooklyn New York. Education was important to him, and he earned a Batchelor of Arts degree from the City University of New York, a Masters Degre from C. W. Post Center of Long Isand University, and a Doctoral Degree from Union Institue and University. He has had several careers, including that of a NYPD Sergeant; a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Program Director in public mental health centers and hospitals; a missionary bishop in Burundi, Africa.
