Arthur A ChielArthur A. Chiel (1920-1983) was formerly associated with Rosh Pina Congregation in Winnipeg. He was Director of B'nai B'rith Hillel Foundation at the University of Manitoba and established the Department of Judaic Studies in the University. In 1957, e left Winnipeg for the Genesis Hebrew Centre, Tuckahoe, New York.
