Arnold J AllenArnold J. Allen Born and raised in the mountains of northern Vermont, Arnold had planned to work the family dairy farm but opted for Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs. Graduating the youngest in his class, at 20 years of age Arnold, his wifeCarol and young son, A.J. took on the responsibility of pastoring a church in New Brunswick, Canada. While hosting Youth With A Mission (YWAM) teams, in 1976 they decided to focus on discipleship and evangelism with YWAM. After nearly two decades in missions and international travel, Arnold returned to school to complete a Master of Counseling program at Trinity Western University in Langley, B.C. Canada in 1998. He has provided counseling and seminars through private practice. He is a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State The Allen's have received training in Canada and South Africa with the Neethling Brain Instruments. This cutting edge thinking preference profile has proven effective in education, vocational selection, sports effectiveness training, business and hundreds of other applications.
