Aquino JrPerfecto Gatbonton Aquino Jr. is currently the Director of Council for Research and Creativity (CRC) and the Institute for Research and Advanced Studies, University of Cambodia. A former Research Associate cum Senior Lecturer at the Socio-Economics Rsearch Institute and at the American Degree Program Division of The Duy Tan University in Danang City, Vietnam. He teaches Research Methods, Human Resources Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, CSR, and other Business Management related courses in higher education institutions. Prior to his assignment in Vietnam, Dr. Aquino was an Assistant Professor and Head of the Business Department at the Emirates College for Management and Information Technology (ECMIT) and was an Assistant Professor at the American University in the Emirates, United Arab Emirates. He was also an Assistant Professor at the Gulf College/Staffordshire University in Oman and at AMA International University-Bahrain. He is a holder of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) in Public Administration and Management at the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. Dr. Aquino was awarded in 2019 a CBME Certificate of Professional Teaching by the Chartered Association of Business Schools in United Kingdom. He has published several papers in Scopus indexed-journals, Springer Elsevier and IGI Global International Publishing, among others.
