Annelisa AddoloratoAnnelisa Addolorato is an Italian writer, who was born in Lodi, Italy. Having grown up living in both Italy and Spain, she writes both in Italian and Spanish. Her bilingual poetry books include: Mariposas y falenas / Farfalle e falene (Endymon, Madrid 2004) and La palabra 'lasca' o la reconstrucción de Pompeya / La parola 'favilla' o la ricostruzione di Pompei (Amargord, Madrid 2008). Her critical works include La Parola danzante: Octavio Paz tra poesia e filosofia, 2001, and Viaje entre palabras: Poesía y prensa como comunicación y mediación (Clara Janés, 2009). Annelisa has been awarded the Santinelli prize for art criticism. In addition, she has been awarded several scholarships to study in Barcelona and Madrid. She earned her PhD in Madrid in the field of contemporary Spanish literature. Annelisa's poetry has been widely published in many Spanish and Italian anthologies and magazines, as well as magazines throughout Europe. She has also published short stories. Annelisa has given poetry readings in Italy, Spain, Israel, India, and Venezuela. Her poetical works are available in several anthologies both in print and on line in Italian, Spanish, English, Arabic, German, Chinese, Turkish, Japanese, Hindi, Korean, and Orissa. She is also a translator. From 2003 to 2013, she taught at the Universities of Milan and Pavia as an Hispanist. Now she dedicates her time to writing and translating.

Maria Bennett has just published her first book of poetry BECAUSE YOU LOVE with Cross-Cultural Communications. Her work has appeared in many magazines and journals including California Quarterly, Timber Creek Review, Gargoyle, Southern California Review, Haight Ashbury Literary Journal, and Psychic Meatloaf. Her translations of the poets Nancy Morejon, Ernesto Cardenal, and Cintio Vitier have appeared in Nexus, Crab Creek Review, and Esprit magazines, and she is currently completing her translation of the works of the Spanish poet Carlos Edmundo de Ory. Ms. Bennett has also published articles and reviews in The Daily News, Utne Reader, Epicurean, and other newspapers and magazines. Her critical work The Unfractioned Idiom: Hart Crane and Modernism was published by Peter Lang Press in 1987.

Bill Wolak is a poet who has just published his fifth book of poetry entitled When Dreaming Birds Sing with Feral Press. He has translated Joyce Mansour, Stuart Merrill, and Francis Viele- Griffin. His most recent translation with Mahmood Karimi- Hakak, Your Lover's Beloved: 51 Ghazals of Hafez, was published by Cross-Cultural Communications in 2009. His translations have appeared in such magazines as The Sufi Journal, Basalt, Persian Heritage Magazine, Atlanta Review, Beacons, and Fellowship Magazine. His critical work and interviews have appeared in Notre Dame Review, Southern Humanities Review, The Paterson Literary Review, Ascent, Beatlick Magazine, and Florida English.
