Supporting her work as a Spiritual Life and Wellness Coach, Angela is certified as a Yin Yoga Teacher, Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Personality Profiler, is a trained Shamanic Energy Healing Practitioner, and has degrees in Psychology and Women's Studies. Endlessly curious about systems for self-understanding and personal growth, Angela has in particular spent much time studying and training in the Myers-Briggs system of personality and Jungian Psychological Type. For many years she has also facilitated experiential seasonal workshops combining elements of Yin Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and Gongfu Tea Ceremony. An avid tea drinker, she says she once saw her life purpose summarized succinctly on the paper tag of a teabag: "lift people up to their potential and higher self."
