Angela C CharlesAngela C. Charles was born in the Commonwealth of Dominica and taught high school in the Caribbean. She graduated from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada with a BA in Economics.

She worked primarily in the banking and insurance sctors as an Information Technology Consultant in Canada and the United States. As a keen entrepreneur, Angela owned several small businesses and real estate holdings.

Angela is the author of When God is Silent and Sisi's Journey, which was short listed in three categories for the 2021 Word Guild Award. She enjoys travelling and reading, and volunteers at her church and with community organizations.
