Angel V SomeraDr. Angel V. Somera, M.D., F.P.P.A. was born in the Philippines. He graduated from the University of San Thomas, College of Medicine, Manila in 1961. He specialized in Psychiatry; was a former Associate Professor in Psychiatry in four Medical Schoolsin Cebu City, Philippines and Chief of the Provincial Psychiatric Hospital in Dumaguete City, province of Negros Oriental. He was a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Psychiatry and a Fellow of the Philippine Psychiatric Association. He was also a Dangerous Drugs Board Accredited Physician of the Philippines and has attended Psychiatric Congresses and Conventions around the world. He was a National Lecturer on Stress Management during Psychiatric conventions and wrote about Killer Stress in a leading Philippine magazine.
