Andrey SokurecAndrey Sokurec is a native of Belarus, formerly of the U.S.S.R. He obtained a degree in Finance and Banking at Belarus Economic University where he graduated with honors. He left a job underwriting commercial loans to come to America, believing it tobe the best place to realize his dreams.
