He came to the United States in 1983 because he wanted to reach to all races-not just the Korean people-with the word of God. Korean War boy became a United Stats Army Chaplain. He was the agent of God's word, hope, and comfort when the Soldiers had difficulties in their lives. The author, Andrew Choi, a young captain presented an article about Just War to the commander of the NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization). It was the day before the U.S. air strike on Yugoslavia. The day this author visited the senior leader who had the most influence regarding this decision happened to be the day before the action.
