Andrew Nicholas GladBorn in 1952 to Russian refugees who had fled the 1917 Russian Revolution. I received professional training at the University of Bridgeport majoring in graphic design and later teaching graphic design there for four years. My career began as a staff rtist for a highly respected graphic design studio eventually moving on to an educational film company as art director. I then joined an advertising agency and shortly was advanced to art director receiving numerous awards for ad campaign design. I ventured on to my own design business in 1976 to apply artistic potential to a broader range of disciplines. Over the years I earned several art director club/ad club design awards and recognition.
