Andrew Keith WalkerChristopher Loughlan's formal background training is in the field of research and development working in public health care settings. From there he led a spin-out which grew into a leading UK consultancy specialising in research-based evaluation. Thebulk of this latter work featured evaluating outcome and impact of major public sector investment. He holds a fellowship with the NCEE in enterprise and entrepreneurship education and has led developments in university teaching. He has authored three books on creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.
