Andreas StephanAndreas Stephan is a Professor of Competition Law at the Centre for Competition Policy (CCP) and School of Law, University of East Anglia (UEA) in Norwich, UK. He has a background in both law and economics and has published widely on competition law,with a particular focus on cartel enforcement. He is best known for his survey work on public perceptions of cartel laws and empirical studies of the EU's cartel enforcement regime. Andreas has also engaged extensively with antitrust compliance officers and in-house counsel more generally, on the particular challenges of competition compliance.
